Call for papers on computing and digitalisation!

Of particular interest and directly linked to the scope of TRANSIENCE is the upcoming Special Issue of Energy and Climate Change focusing on overcoming the challenges linked with next-generation computing and digitalisation—particularly implications for energy, climate change, and more broadly resources and the environment.          

The Special Issue invites both full-length research articles and shorter perspective and commentary pieces that reflect on the explosive growth witnessed in computing services and computing-related infrastructure with disruptive implications for industrial processes and society. 

The submission deadline is September 30, 2026.
